What you can achieve within my roster page
Once a new location is added, users will be led to the "My Roster" page. You will see a blank table to start with, the first step is to go to the "Employees" page (The first option on the left sidebar) and add your team members who are working on this roster.

When to use My Roster page?
AI users: Changes are unavoidable when schedulers make rosters. While AI does most of the job for you, here is where you can manage changes manually.
Free users: This is where you can write your rosters. Set up your employees, shifts, skills, and tasks first to enable them to appear on the page or in the dropdowns for you to write your schedule.
Scheduling period
When you create a new location, you will be asked to define your scheduling periods (e.g., every 4 weeks) and a start date. The periods will then be calculated. You can make any changes to one unpublished period, and it will synchronize with other unpublished periods. For example, adding employees in the current schedule period will also appear in future periods.
Once a period is published, any changes will belong to the period you are editing. For example, once the current schedule period is published, adding or changing a shift name will no longer be synchronized to other periods. The changes will stay in the current period.
Create employees and shifts to get it started
Before starting to use my roster page, you need to go to the Employees page and set up team members on the roster, as well as the skills and tasks they can work on. Next, visit the Shift and Shift Groups page to establish the types of shifts employees can work. Once you have added this information, you will be able to find them in the dropdown menu on my roster page.
