Recommendations and warnings

A quick explanation of the colour keys

At the bottom of the My Roster page, you will see these colour keys that represent different information in your roster table. When requests are met or not being met, you will find different colours at the bottom of the cells.

Hovering over the cell will trigger a bubble, showing what requirements are fulfilled or not fulfilled.

Fulfilled Fixed Shifts [AI users only]: You can easily identify all the fixed shifts you have set in the Fixed Shifts & Leave page with a clear visual representation.

Fulfilled Preference: If you have given a preferred pattern to your staff, it will be displayed as a fulfilled preference. This information will be retrieved from the preferences page if you have set it up.

Recommendation: If a preferred rule or pattern is not met, the cell will display a colour as a recommendation. This serves as a visual reminder for admin users to make necessary adjustments.

Critical Warning: When a fixed shift or critical rule is not met, the cell will display a colour to alert admin users. This can happen if the requirements are accidentally violated during manual changes. The coloured warnings serve as a quick reminder to the admin to rectify the issue.
