Your roster administrator reviews your leave request. Submitting a request does not approve it; check its decision before treating the leave as agreed.

Your administrator reviews the request. If you are unsure whether it has been approved, ask them rather than inferring approval from the request appearing in the app. Notification availability and settings can vary, so a missing email is not proof that no decision has been made.
Change or cancel a request
You cannot edit a submitted leave request in place. Cancel it and create a new request with the correct details.
On mobile:
Find the request and select View more.

If you still need leave, submit a new request and check its status.
If you cannot find a cancellation action or need to change leave already agreed with your team, contact the administrator before relying on a replacement request.

Request leave at several locations
If you request leave at more than one location, each location receives a separate request that needs its own approval.
While creating the request, select the additional locations it should apply to. Submitting creates a separate request for each selected location; a decision at one location does not establish the decision at another.
A location is unavailable for selection if it does not support the chosen leave type. Create a separate request with a supported leave type for that location instead. Do not choose a different type merely to bypass a restriction if it does not describe the leave you need—ask your administrator.
Check each location's request and decision separately. If you change or cancel a multi-location request, check the separate entries at every affected location.
