Your shifts appear when your roster administrator publishes the roster.
Use the email address your administrator invited. Creating a separate free roster-planning account does not connect you to your employer's roster.
You can use RosterLab in a browser on a tablet or computer, or install the iPhone app or Android app.

If this is your first RosterLab account
Open the invitation email from your roster administrator.
Follow its activation link. Use the invited email address as your username and the temporary password supplied in the email.
Follow the account setup prompts to choose a new password and complete your details.
Sign in with your account and open your employee schedule.
Your temporary password expires after 30 days. If it has expired, ask your roster administrator to resend the invitation, then use the new temporary password.
For help viewing your published shifts, see See your published shifts.
If you cannot get to your schedule
No invitation: check the mailbox for the address your administrator used, including junk mail. Ask them to verify the address before resending.
Expired temporary password: ask your administrator to resend the invitation and use the new temporary password.
Asked to use a larger screen: you may be in the roster-management view. If you also have planning access, switch to the employee view. If employee access is unavailable, ask your roster administrator for help.
Do not send anyone your password or temporary password when asking for help.

If you already have a RosterLab account
Use your existing account rather than creating another account for the new location. An invitation may ask you to accept access to that location. Follow the invitation's instructions while signed in with the invited email address.
Joining another location
For help viewing your published shifts, see See your published shifts.
Use the schedule guide above to find the new location or change which locations are shown. Your shifts appear after the administrator publishes the roster, whether this is your first location or another location. If a location is missing, check your location selection, then ask the administrator to confirm you have employee access there.
