Unified View

View every roster you're assigned to in a single schedule on mobile and desktop.

What is Unified View?

Unified View lets you see all of your rosters in one place. If you work across multiple locations or departments, every roster you're assigned to appears together in a single view, on both the mobile app and desktop.

Viewing your rosters

Open the app or log in on desktop. All rosters you're assigned to will appear in your schedule automatically. No setup is required.

Choosing which locations to view

On mobile

  1. Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top left corner of the screen

  2. Go to location settings

  3. Select the locations you want to view

On desktop

  1. Open the locations dropdown in the top left corner

  2. Select the locations you want to view

Your schedule will update to show only the selected locations. You can toggle locations on and off at any time.

Working across multiple locations

When you have more than one location selected, your locations will be colour coded so you can tell your rosters apart at a glance.

You'll also see additional options in areas such as leave requests and preferences, asking you to choose a location.


Always double check you're sending your request to the correct location before submitting.


Leave requests, preferences, and shift swaps still operate on a per-location basis. Unified view automatically factors in your start and end dates at each location, so you'll only ever interact with dates you're actually assignable to.

Troubleshooting

If you can't see all of your rosters, check that your locations are selected in the menu, or contact your roster administrator to confirm which rosters you've been assigned to.
