Otto is a conversational assistant. Just type your question or requests, the same way you'd message a colleague.

When you ask a roster specific question, Otto looks up your live roster data and responds with exact names, dates, and numbers.

Otto can help with numerous things including but not limited to:

Otto can answer questions about your roster across any time period. "Who worked Christmas Day last year?" or "Who was rostered on nights last week?"

Otto can check your roster against union rules and assess how fairly shifts are distributed across your team. "Which employees are getting the fewest preferred shifts?"

Otto can look up union documents like AMA or MECA and suggest what rules your roster is missing or should be updated to reflect.

Otto can generate output files directly from your roster data including graphs, Markdown files, and CSV exports.

Otto has a deep understanding of the product, making handovers faster and smoother. New staff can ask Otto questions directly instead of relying on documentation or tribal knowledge.
