Viewing Open Shifts
On desktop:
Look for the open-shift indicator on the calendar.
Click it to see shift details.
On mobile app:
Go to Shifts.
Shifts are organized by roster period and show availability status.
Color codes:
Pink = open and available.
Cyan = already accepted by you.
Disappears completely if taken by another employee.
Accepting, Declining, or Changing Decisions
Open a shift to see all details (You could also see all Open Shifts available on shifts tab).
Choose one of three actions:
Accept → shift is added to your schedule and removed from others.
Decline → keeps your schedule unchanged and leaves it for someone else.
Change My Mind → reverses your last choice (release or claim again).
