How can I check who else is on leave?

  1. In the Requests section, tap “Who’s on leave.”

  2. The calendar will open, showing your leave entries as well as other employees’ leave.

  3. Use this view to plan your request carefully.

If a date is already busy with many people on leave, your request could be competitive depending on your department needs.

Leave across multiple locations

If you're active at several locations, you can create leave requests for all of them at once.

  1. Start creating your leave request as normal.

  2. Tick the additional locations you want the request to apply to.

  3. Submit. A separate request is created for each location you selected.

Note: Locations that don't share the selected leave type will be greyed out and can't be selected. If you need leave at one of those locations, create a separate request using a leave type that location supports.
