When to use must rules and when to choose should
When generating rosters, there are "must" rules that cannot be broken, such as employees' contractual hours.
"Should" rules provide guidance for the AI, but are breakable in order to optimize the roster.
In some cases, roster makers may want to make a "must" rule with one exception. This can be done by enabling the "with exception" option for days off in a row, days on in a row, and shifts in a row in the settings page under rules management.
