Where can you add notes and who can see them?

Notes are a great way to add extra clarity to your rosters for yourself, your staff, and your fellow rosterers.

A green corner on an element indicates that a note has been added. Depending on the section, the green corner will appear in either the top or bottom right corner of the element.

If a note is present, hovering over it with your mouse will show a preview.

How to add a note

Notes can be added by clicking any element that supports them. Make sure to press save after adding your note to ensure your notes aren’t lost.

The following elements can have notes attached:

  • Employees

  • Days in Roster

  • Allocations

  • Rules

  • Demands

It is important to note that day notes and allocation notes are visible to employees in both the Employee App and Live View. All other notes are only visible to Rosterers.
